摘要
本文基于Martin&Roger的自由资本模型,对其进行进一步推导和参数分析,得出有关我国对外直接投资区位分布的五个假说,并在此基础上,通过静态面板数据模型检验我国对外直接投资区位分布的影响因素。经分析,发现我国对外直接投资区位分布表现出明显的市场寻求、技术寻求、资源寻求和出口拉动的特征。因此,我国应保持和加强资源寻求型对外直接投资,加快技术寻求型对外直接投资,并积极推动效率寻求型对外直接投资,以加快对外直接投资的步伐。
Based on Martin ＆ Roger＇s Footloose Capital Model, this paper makes a further derivation and parameter analysis, and comes up with five hypotheses about regional distribution of China＇s outward foreign direct investment （ODI）, based on which a static panel data model of China＇s ODI is established to test regional distribution factors. It is found that the regional distribution of China＇s ODI shows significant market-seeking, technology-seeking, resource-seek- ing and export-driven features. Therefore, China should maintain and enhance resource-seeking ODI, accelerate technology-seeking ODI and promote actively efficiency-seeking ODI to accelerate the pace of China＇s ODI development.
