由于在地下室与地下车库的设计与建设中考虑不周，因此技术落后导致的建筑问题会层出不穷。本文主要针对地下室设计中的不足与常见问题进行了分析，探讨了其解决措施与改进方式，为我国今后的地下室建设提供了参考与借鉴。

Because of the thoughtless in the basement and underground garage design and construction, the outdated tec-hnology led to the construction problems wil emerge in en-dlessly. This paper carries on the analysis of the deficiency and common problems in view of the basement design, discusses its solution and improvement way so as to provide reference and draw lessons for future basement construction in China.
