摘要
做好工程项目质量管理是当前建筑企业面临的重要问题。本文对建筑工程项目质量管理及控制的影响因素进行了分析与探究，提出了加强建筑工程项目质量管理及控制的有效途径，以期促进工程项目质量的提高。
Complete the engineering project quality manage-ment is the important problem faced by construction comp-anies. This paper carries on the analysis and exploration of the influence factors of construction project quality management and control, put forward the effective ways to improve the quality management and control of construction engineering project, in order to improve the quality of engineering project.
