摘要
对于建筑工程而言，涉及到的环节相对较多，且都具有着较高的技术含量，存在诸多因素能够对其造成影响，因此增加了造价成本。如何对建筑工程的造价成本进行有效控制，成为了需要重点研究的问题。
As for the construction projects, more links are in-volved with high technical content, and there are many factors that affect it so as to increase the cost. How to effective control the construction engineering cost become the problem which should be researched.
