公路桥梁工程是整条线路中的控制性工程，做好其造价控制工作对于整个项目的造价管理都有重大的意义。本文对桥梁工程从立项、设计、施工，直至竣工结算进行了较为全面地分析，提出了一些有效的工程造价控制性措施，以促进桥梁工程的建设发展。

Highway bridge project is the control project in the whole line. Control ing the cost wel is of great significance to the whole project cost management. In this paper, the project determination, design, construction and completion set lement of highway bridge project are comprehensively analyzed, and puts forward some effective project cost control measures to promote the development of bridge project construction.
