基于建筑领域的消防设计在我国经济发展中的日益重要性，本文在对建筑消防设施设计功能与实际使用存在不一致这个问题进行了分析，着重从大力提高设计单位消防设计水平等几方面对如何促使建筑工程正常使用已设置消防设施这个课题进行了一些探讨。
