摘要
安全问题一直是工程施工中最重要的问题之一，加强施工安全管理具有重要意义。本文主要对安全监理的概念做了一个探究，对安全监理在施工准备阶段的控制做了分析。
Security problem is one of the most important problems in the engineering construction and strengthen the construction safety management is of great significance. This paper makes an inquiry about the concept of safety supervision and analyzes the control of the safety supervision in const-ruction preparation stage.
