摘要
我国建设工程监理发展滞后，虽然在实施的过程中还存在着一些许多问题，但却对我国建设工程的发展和体制改革作出了许多的积极作用和重大的贡献。因此，建设工程监理制要不断地完善、不断地规范，要发挥其应有的作用，并与世界接轨。
The construction project supervision development lag in China. Although many problems stil exist in the im-plementation process, the development of Chinese construction project and system reform has made many positive effect and significant contribution. Therefore, people should constantly improve and specify the construction project supervision sys-tem to play its proper role and join the world.
