随着城市化水平不断地提高，相应的排水系统和设施的管理越来越受到人们的重视。城市排水系统是重要的基础设施，对防止城市水污染、排涝以及防洪方面发挥了重要的作用。
With the constantly improvement of urbanization level, the corresponding drainage system and facilities mana-gement has received the widespread attention. The urban drainage system is an important infrastructure which plays an important role in preventing urban water pol ution, drainage and flood control.
