笔者从事公路工程行业多年，入行以来经手的大大小小施工项目有数十余件。在长期的工作中，发现公路工程中存在很多问题。特别是竣工审计和施工过程中的问题，严重影响到了工程成本和质量，有必要对其进行探讨。
