桥梁是我国国民经济建设中重要的基础设施，是事关我国公路交通运输的民生之本。这就要求我们必须确实保证桥梁施工的质量，从施工准备阶段、施工进行阶段以及竣工验收阶段强化质检程序，以达到保证桥梁施工质量的目的。

Bridges are important infrastructure in the constr-uction of the Chinese national economy, and they are the vital to people＇s livelihood which relate to our country highway transportation. Therefore, people must do guarantee the quality of bridge construction, and strengthen the quality inspection procedures of construction preparation stage, construction sta-ge and completion acceptance stage, in order to ensure the qu-ality of bridge construction.
