摘要
水利水电建筑工程的安全施工和成本控制与混凝土的质量好坏有着很大的关系。混凝土的利用价值高，但它的均匀性不高，且离散性大，容易在水利水电建筑工程中会出现裂缝的情况。
The safety construction and cost control of hydr-aulic and architectural engineering have a close relationship with the quality of the concrete. The utilization value of con-crete is high, but its homogeneity is low with large discreteness and easy appears crack in hydraulic and architectural engin-eering construction.
