城市公厕建设是现代城市公共基础设施建设中的重要组成部分。近年来，我国的城市建设和发展取得了长足的进步，而城市公厕建设还面临种种难题，处于相对落后状态。特别是公厕建设问题，已经越来越制约着城市的发展。

Urban public toilet construction is an important part of modern urban public infrastructure. In recent years, urban construction and development of our country has made great progress, while the construction of urban public toilets stil faces al sorts of problems which is in the relatively backward state, especial y the public toilet construction pro-blem that severely restrict the city development.
