摘要
改革开放以来，我国建筑业取得快速发展，但由于建筑行业制度等方面存在一些问题，某些地区存在一些危房。若危房处置不当，国家和人民生命财产将会面临重大威胁。因此，必须采取有效鉴定方法，以有效控制危房。
Since the reform and opening up, Chinese constr-uction industry achieved rapid development, but due to some problems in the construction industry system, there are stil some dangerous houses in some areas. If people cannot handle dangerous houses wel , people＆#39;s life and property wil have a major threat. Therefore, people must take effective appraisal method to control the dangerous house effectively.
