摘要
住房保障是政府为解决市场失灵和保障居民基本居住需求而推行的一项公共政策。本文分析了高校保障性住房建设中存在的困难，提出了启发和建议，为高校保障性住房建设存在的问题提出了解决途径。
Housing security is a public policy that the gov-ernment solves the market failure and ensures the people＇s basic living requirements and implementation. This paper analyzes the difficulties of affordable housing construction in col eges and universities, puts forward the inspiration and the suggestion, and put forward the solutions for the existing problems of affordable housing construction.
