摘要
本文针对房地产项目前期开发展开了讨论。首先，分析了项目开发对房地产企业的积极意义；其次，探究了房产企业项目前期开发需要注意的问题；最后，指出了房地产项目前期开发的科学模式。
This paper discusses the early stage of the real es-tate project development.
