摘要
本文从社区三大主体的角色关系着手，介绍了主体间的法律关系和角色定位，重点剖析了主体间，尤其是居委会与物业服务企业之间的冲突，并提出了调整法律规范、解决居委会自身权利冲突以及建立三方沟通协调机制等建议。
This article introduces the legal relationship and role orientation between subjects form role linkage of comm.-unity’s three subjects, and mainly analyzes the conflict betw-een residents＆#39; commit ees and the property service enterprise and puts forward some suggestions, such as adjust legal sta-ndard, solve their rights conflict of residents＆#39; commit ees and set up three-way communication and coordination mechanism.
