以无锡裕沁湖畔庭西区低密度住宅区为例,阐述了由建造体系到内装体系完全工业化的新型住宅产品特征。除具有如高耐久性的结构体系、同结构分离敷设的管线系统及高灵活性高集成化的内装体系等基本特征之外,该项目在各个分系统中均有先进的个性化解决方案。

Through an elaboration on the design of an example of Yuqin Lake Project in Wuxi City, this paper summarizes the new concept of complete housing industrialization. With basic characteristics including high durability, high flexibility, separate pipeline system, etc., this project demonstrates the ability to solute problems during building process in its unique way.
