关于公租房装饰装修的对策研究

公共租赁住房是我国当前为缓解住房压力而采用的一种新型住房模式,如何使公租房在交付使用过程中满意度更高,本文对公租房交付使用过程中存在的薄弱环节进行分析,并就如何推广全装修在公租房建设中的运用提出了一些建议。

Public rental housing is a new housing model for easing the housing pressure, but there still exists some problems when delivered. The paper analyzes the weaknesses in its construction and proposes some suggestions on how to promote and apply the full decoration in the construction of the public rental housing.
