布宜诺斯艾利斯快速公交系统“Metrobus”

阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯首个快速公交（BRT）系统目前投入使用，名为“Metrobus”（以下简称。陕速公交”），行人与公其交通工具优先于其他车辆通行的设想最终得以实现。布宜诺斯艾利斯市正在实施一项长期可持续的交通计划——“行人优先计划”。该计划由城市发展部负责执行，旨在使城市中心区域的交通实现以行人为本，改善拥堵不堪的城市交通，吸引越来越多的市民绿色出行。“快速公交”系统正是该计划的有机组成部分，由交通部负责执行。实施“行人优先计划”和“快速公交”系统建设所需的费用均由市政府承担。

Buenos Aires, capital city of Argentina, has recently implemented the first BRT （Bus Rapid Transit） system, called Metrobus, finally giving pedestrians and public transportation priority over cars. This program makes part of a long-term Sustainable Mobility Plan that＇s making deteriorated parts of the city more navigable and more appealing to nondrivers. ＂Prioridad Peaton＂, or Priority for Pedestrians Plan, is implemented by the Ministry of Urban Development to make the central area of the city pedestrian friendly, and ＂Metrobus＂ is implemented by the Subsecretary of Transportation, both under the auspices of the city government.
