深圳作为中国改革开放的先驱城市,改革开放初期的建筑实践具有重要的历史意义。文章以当代遗产的研究角度,探讨了深圳改革开放初期建筑的历史价值和评估认定标准,以期通过研究工作对今后深圳当代遗产保护有理论借鉴意义。

As the pioneer of China＇s reform and opening up,the architectural practice in Shenzhen has also very important historical significance at the beginning of this period.Based on the research of the contemporary heritage,this paper proposes the contemporary heritage＇s value standard of the architectural practice in Shenzhen at the beginning of Reform and Opening period.
