紧密城市 基于越南河内的亚洲垂直城市模式思考

Close City A New Asian Vertical Urban Paradigm Based on Hanoi,Vietnam

亚洲垂直城市国际竞赛是介于城市乌托邦理想和实践视野之间的竞赛。文章通过回顾西方学者基于"宜居"标准提出的紧凑城市概念,反思以香港为代表的亚洲高密度地区在西方现代主义的规划思想影响下,垂直城市建设的得失。并进一步结合2013年亚洲垂直城市国际竞赛的选址——越南河内,通过对其城市结构与家庭纽带关系的研究,提出推动亚洲高密度城市活力的源泉来自于人群聚集所带来的人与人之间的紧密关系。最后,文章介绍了同济大学课题组基于上述思考提交的越南河内未来垂直城市获奖方案。

The Vertical Cities Asia International Design Competition sits somewhere between Utopian ideals and practical visions.Based on the review of Compact City proposed by Western scholars under Western livable standards,this paper rethinks the aains and losses of vertical city construction in Hong Kong,which was planned under the influence of Western modernism planning.Hong Kong is regarded as a representative of high density Asian cities.Furthermore,the paper researches the relationship between urban structures and family ties in Hanoi,Vietnam(VCA 2013 competition site),and suggests that the main source of vitality for high density Asian cities is the close relationships obtained by congregating people.Finally,this paper introduces the winning proposal of future vertical city in Hanoi,submitted by the team from Tongji University.
