摘要
在对水射流风机理论特性分析研究的基础上,淮北矿业集团研制出一种新型高压水射流防尘装置。本文介绍了其结构、原理及特点,并通过在袁店一矿3234风巷的使用,提高了降尘率,消除了引燃瓦斯的隐患,实现了降尘水的循环利用,该装置为煤巷综掘工作面除尘增加了新的途径。
A new type high pressure water jet dust extraction device is developed on the basis of analysis and study on water jet fan theory characteristics by Huaibei mining group. Introduces the structure, the installation and the characteristic. Through using the device of Yuandian No. 1 coal mine 3234 wind way, improves the dust control efficiency, eliminates the hidden danger of ignition gas, realizes the cyclic utilization of dust water. The device adds a new way for coal mine fully mechanized excavation face dedusting
