鄂温克族民间音乐的保护与传承

Protection and Inheritance of Ewenki Folk Music

在市场经济越来越发达的情况下,以口传心授为主的民族民间音乐面临着越来越艰难的生存与发展困境。本文首先分析了鄂温克族民间音乐发展中存在的生态环境遭到破坏、几乎没有创新、传承艰难等主要问题,然后从市场必然性、民族文化安全性、文化民主性三个方面阐述了保护与传承的基本价值定位,最后有针对性的提出了政府主导、市场运作、文化民主、专业教育"四位一体"的鄂温克族民间音乐保护与传承机制构建设想。

In the case of more developed market economies, folk music mainly based on oral teaching is facing increasingly tough difficulties to survive and develop. This paper analyzes the destruction of the ecological environment, almost no innovation, difficulties of heritage and other major issues in the development of Ewenki folk music. And then it elaborates basic value orientation of protection and heritage from three aspects： the inevitability of the market, security of national culture, democracy of culture. And finally it proposes government-led, market operation, cultural democracy, professional education, “four in one”ideas to build protection and heritage mechanisms of Ewenki folk music.
