Circuit breaker is a kind of switch appliance which is used to connect, break and protect circuit in power system. Intelligent releaser is the core component of the intelligent circuit breaker. In this paper, the design principle and concrete realization methods are introduced. The hardware system and the details of the circuit are discussed. The functions of measurement, protection and on-line monitoring are integrated in the releaser and the releasing threshold of the releaser is easy to adjust.
