Process Control of Adding Waste Rubber Power to Asphalt Mixture

通过实体工程铺筑情况,从原材料、生产拌和及摊铺碾压等方面确定了添加废旧胶粉的沥青路面的施工质量控制方案和关键控制项目,并基于现有机械设备及施工技术水平,对拌和设备、运输设备、摊铺设备以及碾压设备提出了相应的技术要求,进一步明确了添加废旧胶粉的沥青混合料施工工艺控制要点,从而有效保证路面的施工效果,延长路面的使用寿命。

Combined with practical projects, plan of construction quality control and key items for asphalt pavement to which waste rubber powder was added were determined based on the consideration about raw materials, producing, mixing, paving and compacting process. Technical specifications of machines being applied to the construction process were proposed respectively, and key points of construction process of adding waste rubber powder were specified to make sure of the construction effect.
