某山区公路旧水泥混凝土加铺沥青路面改造设计

Reconstruction of Cement Pavement of Mountainous Highway by Overlaying Asphalt Pavement

结合某山区公路水泥混凝土路面改造工程的具体实例,介绍了旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层的设计方案,并讨论了相关设计指标。实际工程的经验表明,应针对旧路的状况采取不同的加铺方案:路面PCI及DBL评定等级均为"中"以上时,可采取直接加铺的方法;路面PCI或DBL评定等级为"中"以下时,在碎石化原有路面后铺筑一定厚度的半刚性基层,再加铺沥青面层,方可满足有关规范要求。

In combination with the reconstruction project of cement pavement of a mountainous highway, the design method for existing cement pavement overlaid with asphalt pavement was proposed. It is shown that different overlay schemes should be adopted according to the situation of old roads. If PCI and DBL were both rated medium, the direct overlay method of asphalt surface course could be applied. And if any of them was rated lower than that, after the crushing of old pavement and paving of the semi-rigid base, the overlay method of asphalt surface course was then put to use.
