在雅典和北京奥运会备战期间，国外先进的体能康复与运动训练相结合的理念和方法，逐渐被国内体育工作者所认识和接受。在国家体育总局和各运动项目管理中心的大力支持下，越来越多的运动队采取“请进来，走出去”的方式，引进不同项目的教练、医生、康复师等专业人士到国内“传经送宝”。
