每当夕阳西下,上海体育学院西田径场上总有一群田径运动员在落日的余晖中非常有节奏地训练,他们的英姿经常吸引很多行人驻足观看。然而却极少有人关注跑道外的一个中年人,他头戴长沿帽,胸前挂着秒表,或低头翻看自己的笔记本,或抬头观察运动员的训练,有时会对运动员喊叫、提示。他就是中国中长跑青年队的主教练李国强。

The National Middle-Distance Race Youth Team Head Coach LI Guoqiang, a teacher in the Sport School Affiliated to Shanghai University of Sport, has trained the winner of male 1500 m race in the 12th National Games At present, his aim is making his athletes meet the ＂A＂ standard and enter the Top six in the 2016 Rio De Janeiro Olympics Whereas his greatest wish is to bring his expertise to the public and to help more people to be healthier and to enjoy running.
