摘要
本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法,通过分析探戈舞的独特舞蹈风格特点,探讨探戈舞舞者身体素质的要求以及训练的基本要求,提出了符合探戈舞特点的肩、腰、腿、足等身体部位的多种素质训练方法及注意事项,以期为体育舞蹈探戈舞舞者身体素质训练提供理论参考。
This paper utilizes the method of documentation and expert interview to analyze the characteristics of tango, to discuss basic requirements of tango dancers’ physical fitness and their training. In accordance with the tango characteristics, the writer puts forward a variety of training methods on shoulder, waist, legs, feet and other parts of the body as well as matters needed attention, in order to provide a theoretical reference for tango dancers’ physical quality training.
