Strengthening Higher Vocational Humanistic Quality Education and Cultivating Sustainable Development Talents

在当今大学生供过于求的情况下,社会用人单位苦于招不到满意的人才,究其原因,是部分大学生人文素质的缺失。而高职教育由于入学门槛较低,学生素质普遍较差,加强他们的人文素质教育更有必要。在此,就加强高职人文素质教育,提出了解决问题的途径,达到培养可持续发展的人才的目标。

Today there is a surplus of college students; the social employment units find it hard to recruit satisfactory talents. The reason is a part of college students lack humanistic quality, due to the low entrance thresholdof higher vocational education, the poor quality of students,it is necessary to enhance their humanistic quality education. The paper proposes the solution to the problem on strengthening higher vocational humanistic quality education, in order to achieve the goal of cultivating sustainable talents.
