企业管理课程是高职经管类专业以培养学生管理应用能力为主的一门专业基础课。对于本课程,辽宁建筑职业学院通过项目化教学改革,转变重理论轻实践的教学模式,按照"以职业活动为导向,突出课程能力目标,以学生为主体,以素质为基础,以项目、任务为主要载体,开设出知识、理论和实践一体化的课程"的原则,使企业管理课程设计与企业真实管理接轨,课程与学生所学专业相互联系,突出岗位就业要求、企业实际需求,很好地培养了学生的实践及综合管理能力。

Higher vocational enterprise management course is a professional basic course to cultivate students＇ management and application ability in economy and management major. For this course, the school changes the teaching mode of emphasizing theory while ignoring practice through the project teaching reform, according to the principle with professional activities as the guidance, highlighting the course ability goal, taking students as the main body, with quality as the basis, with project and task as the main carrier, and offering the course integrated knowledge, theory and practice. It makes the enterprise management course design in line with real management practice, curriculum and major interact with each other, highlight the post employment requirements and enterprise actual demand, so as to better cultivate the students ability of practice and comprehensive management.
