大师工作站在高职院校的建设与研究——以辽宁工程职业学院为例

以科学发展观为指导,以服务企业为宗旨,创新高技能人才培养机制,依托工程职业学院实训基地,通过新老教师结对子、举办专题讲座等方式,开展青年教师培训;聘请企业具有高级职称和技师以上职业资格的能工巧匠作为兼职教师;聘请专业领军人物建立大师工作站,以大师工作站为载体,提高师资队伍整体专业技能水平和科研能力。就建设大师工作站的前景作用、研修方向、经济效益和社会效益进行分析和论证。

Guided by the scientific development concept, aiming at serving enterprises, innovating high skilled personnel training mechanism, relying on the public training base, training younger teachers through the help of experienced teachers and lectures, employing the craftsman with senior titles and technicians as part time teachers; employing the professional leaders to establish the master workstation, with the master workstation as the carrier it improves the overall professional skill level and scientific research ability of the teaching staff. The paper also analyses and illustrates the prospect of the master station, research direction, and the economic benefit and social benefit.
