载脂蛋白CⅡ、CⅢ在脑梗死患者血清中的动态变化及临床意义 被引量:4

Dynamic Changes and Clinical Significances of Serum Apolipoprotein C-Ⅱ and Apolipoprotein C-Ⅲ Levels in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的观察脑梗死患者血清中载脂蛋白CⅡ(ApoCⅡ)、载脂蛋白CⅢ(ApoCⅢ)的动态变化,探讨其与脑梗死病情严重程度的关系。方法选取2007年1—3月住院的62例脑梗死为观察组,选择同期健康体检者30例作为对照组,观察组于发病第1、7、14天测定血清中ApoCⅡ、ApoCⅢ含量并与对照组比较,分析其与美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的相关性。结果发病第1、7、14天观察组ApoCⅡ、ApoCⅢ含量均显著高于对照组,且发病1 d血清ApoCⅡ、ApoCⅢ含量最高,随着病情的恢复呈逐渐降低的趋势(P<0.05),发病14 d NIHSS评分均低于发病1、7 d(P<0.05)。血清ApoCⅡ、ApoCⅢ与NIHSS评分呈显著正相关(r=0.827,P<0.001;r=0.914,P<0.001)。结论 ApoCⅡ、ApoCⅢ水平变化对于观察病情演变、判断预后有重要意义。 Objective To observe the dynamic changes of serum apolipoprotein C-Ⅱ(ApoCⅡ)and apoli-poprotein C-Ⅲ( ApoCⅢ)levels in patients with cerebral infarction( CI)and to explore the its relationship with severe degree of the pathogenetic condition. Methods A total of 62 ACI inpatients from January to March 2007 were selected as observation group,while 30 healthy persons taking medical examinations during the same period were chosen as control group. The levels of serum ApoCII and ApoCⅢ were detected on 1st d,7th d and 14th d after stroke onset in observation group,and the results were compared with those in control group. The relationship between the levels with the score of the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)was also analyzed. Results The levels of ApoCⅡand ApoCⅢ on 1st d,7th d and 14th d after stroke onset in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the highest levels were found on 1st d after pathogenesy,and then the levels gradually decreased with the relieved conditions ( P〈0. 05). The NIHSS score on 14th d after stroke was significantly lower than those on 1st d and 7th d after stroke. The ApoCⅡor ApoCⅢ levels had significantly positive correlation with NIHSS score(r=0. 827,P〈0. 001. r=0. 914,P〈0. 001). Conclusion ApoCⅡand ApoCⅢ level changes may be of great importance in the observation of the ACI con-dition and judgement of the prognosis.
