主髂动脉粥样硬化伴栓塞合并心肺功能不全老年患者一例的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for One Elderly Patient with Aortoiliac Atherosclerosis Complicated by Embolism and Cardio-pulmonary Dysfunction

一例主髂动脉粥样硬化伴栓塞合并心肺功能不全老年患者经给予抗凝、抗感染、改善心功能,肠外营养支持等治疗,27 d后病情稳定出院。临床药师参与治疗全程,对抗凝、抗感染、强心利尿药物的合理使用方面进行药学监护。提示临床药师参与临床药学监护有利于患者的用药合理、安全。

One elderly patient with aortoiliac atherosclerosis complicated by embolism and cardio-pulmonary dys-function was given anticoagulant,anti-infective,improving cardiac function and parenteral nutrition support therapies, and was discharged with stable condition after treatment for 27 d. The clinical pharmacists participated in the whole process for pharmaceutical care on the reasonable use. Clinical pharmacists,participation in the clinical pharmaceutical care is helpful in reasonable and safe use of drugs.
