某部单亲家庭新兵人格特征及对部队的认知情况调查

Personality Characteristics and Military Cognition of Recruits from Single-parent Families：an Investigation in One PLA Unit

目的：了解单亲家庭新兵的人格特征及其对部队的认知，为新兵心理健康服务提供依据。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷（16PF）和自编对部队的认知问卷对某部入伍新兵进行测查，其中问卷填写完整者3572名，将单亲家庭者282名作为研究组，将非单亲家庭者3290名作为对照组，比较两组人格特征及对部队的认知情况。结果研究组在16PF中的敏感性、怀疑性和实验性及怯懦与果断型因素得分高于对照组，而在有恒性和感情用事与安详机警型因素得分低于对照组（P〈0.05，P〈0.01）。研究组中对“我为自己是一名军人而感到自豪”回答“是”的百分率低于对照组（ P〈0.05），对其余问题的回答两组间比较差异无统计学意义（ P〉0.05）。结论单亲家庭新兵在人格特征方面呈现出相对不健全，对部队自豪感认知方面较差，应作为部队心理卫生服务者关注的对象。

Objective To investigate personality characteristics and military cognition of recruits from single-parent families in order to provide reference for further mental health care. Methods The 16 personality factor question-naire（16PF）and a self-designed questionnaire of military understanding were conducted among recruits in one PLA u-nit,and 3572 complete questionnaires were selected,in which 282 recruits from single-parent families were chosen as study group,and 3290 recruits from non-single-parent families were chosen as control group. The results of 16PF and the military cognition were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with those in control group,the scores of sensibility,suspicion,experiment,cowardice and decision were significantly higher,while the scores of persistence,giv-ing away to one＆#39;s feeling to act impetuously and the composed and sharp-witted type were significantly lower（P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01）. The percentage of answering ＆quot;yes＆quot; to the question of ＆quot;I feel proud of being a soldier＆quot; in study group was sig-nificantly lower than that in control group（P〈0. 05）,but the differences in the other questions of military cognition were not statistically significant between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The recruits from single-parent families have relatively inadequate personality and low sense of pride in being a soldier,so they should need more mental health care.
