摘要
为了真正落实公路市场化养护模式,寻求通过优化养护合同提高公路养护效率之路,以上海某高速原有养护合同样式作为切入点,指山了其中不足,分析、辨明了养护工作、养护主体问题,讨论了落实养护市场化的几个关键,以供同行参考。
In order to implement expressway market-oriented maintenance mode and improve the efficiency of expressway maintenance through optimizing maintenance contract,this paper pointed out the weakness of the original maintenance contract of an expressway,and analyzed the issues of maintenance and the main subjects.It discussed some key points to implement maintenance marketization for reference.
