On Measures of Government Action of Realizing Synchronization Between Resident Income Increase and Economy Development

十八大报告中明确指出:"实现居民收入增长与经济发展同步,劳动报酬增长和劳动生产率提高同步"。这是一个理想境界,想要实现这一憧憬就必须使政府、企业和居民齐心协力。文章主要分析了我国经济增长与居民收入不平衡的原因,并针对性地提出了实现居民收入增长与经济发展同步的政府行为建议。

It is clearly pointed out in 18th CPC National Congress that realizing synchronization between resident income increase and economy development, and between payment increase and productivity increase is the ideal state. Government, enterprises and residents should make concerted efforts to realize the ideal state. This paper mainly analyzes reasons why China economy increase does not match the resident income, and proposes the suggestions of government action for realizing the synchronization between resident income increase and economy.
