摘要
实体渠道是电信运营商的基石,也是开拓其他渠道的基础。在市场竞争激烈和资产盈利压力巨大的背景下,电信运营商要如何才能更有效地利用实体营销渠道的宝贵资源,进一步挖掘实体营销渠道的销售能力,更充分地发挥实体营销渠道的最大作用,最大程度地展现实体营销渠道的价值,成为了一个值得思考的问题。本文通过电信运营商最重要的实体渠道-营业厅目前销售能力现状的分析,对提升实体渠道销售能力提出了几点思考。
The physical channel is the cornerstone of telecom operators, and the basis for developing other channels. Under the background of the fierce market competition and great asset profit pressure,the following issues are worthy of thinking:the methods for telecom operators to make full use of entity marketing channel of precious resources, the further development of sales ability and the greatest effect of entity marketing channel,and presenting the value of entity sales channels to the greatest extent.This paper analyzes the sales ability status of business hall-the most important entity channel, and proposes some ideas on enhancing sales ability of entity channels.
