团体辅导改善大学生情绪管理能力的干预研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨团体辅导对大学生情绪管理能力的干预效果。方法通过海报招募被试,筛选出其中24名分成同质的两组,一组为实验组进行团体辅导,一组为对照组,不进行干预。辅导前后对两组成员均施测情绪管理能力量表和情感量表。结果 1实验组与对照组前测在各量表得分上均无显著性差异(p>0.05);2实验组干预后,情绪调控能力(t=-3.56,p<0.01)、情绪表现能力(t=-4.87,p<0.001)、情绪管理能力(t=-5.30,p<0.001)、正向情感(t=-4.06,p<0.01)、负向情感(t=4.78,p<0.01)和情感平衡得分(t=6.27,p<0.001)较前测存在显著差异;3干预后,实验组和对照组情绪调控能力(t=2.24,p<0.05)、情绪表现能力(t=2.28,p<0.05)、情绪管理能力(t=2.48,p<0.05)、负向情感(t=-2.28,p<0.05)和情感平衡得分(t=2.57,p<0.05)存在显著差异。结论团体辅导是改善大学生情绪管理能力的一种有效途径。 Objective is to explore the effect of group counseling on emotional management ability of college students. Methods are as follows:by open recruitment, 24 voluntary college students are selected. 12 members as the experimental group and another 12 homogeneity students as a control group Before and after the counseling ,all the students have been measured Emotional Management Ability Scale and Positive and Negative Affect Scale .Results are as follows: ①There was no significant difference between the experimental group and control group before the counseling (p〉 0.05); ②Compared to pre-test, the posttest scores of experimental group existed significant differences on emotion regulation ability(t=-3.56,p〈0.01)、emotion performance ability(t=-4.87,p〈0. 001)、emotion management ability(t=-5.30,p〈0.001)、positive emotion(t=-4.06,p〈0.01)、negative emotion(t=4.78,p〈0. 01)and emotional balance (t=6.27,p〈0.001); ③There were significant differences between the posttest of the experimental group and control group in emotion regulation ability (t=2.24,p〈0.05)、emotion performance ability (t=2.28,p〈0.05)、emotion management ability(t=2.48,p〈0.05)、negative emotion(t=-2.28,p〈0.05)and emotional balance(t=2.57,p〈0.05).Conclusion Group counseling is an effective way to improve the emotional management ability of college students .
