摘要
本文采用陶瓷膜过滤方法,系统研究了林可霉素发酵液过滤工艺条件。结果表明,采用50nm孔径的陶瓷膜,过膜压差为0.15MPa,膜面流速为4m/s,浓缩至3.5倍时加入1倍量原液的水洗滤,膜平均通量达134~140L/(h·m2),林可霉素收率达97%以上;采用先碱后酸的清洗顺序,膜通量恢复率在95%以上。
The filtration method of ceramic membrane was used to systematically study the condition of filtration of fermentation liquor containing lincomycin in the paper. By using the ceramic membrane with 50nm aperture, 0.15MPa of pressure difference, 4m/s of flowing speed on the membrane surface, and water with the same volume of the crude fermentation liquor to wash the fermentation liquor concentrated by 3.5 times, the recover rate per batch was more than 97%, and the average flux reached 134-140L/(h·m2) . The recovery rate of the membrane flux was more than 95% under the order of alkali cleaning and acid cleaning.
