摘要
校长培训是校长专业发展和领导力提升的重要手段。我国校长培训的实践性取向已经成为衡量校长培训质量和水平的重要指标。本文在对我国校长培训政策发展趋向进行分析的基础上,探讨校长实践性培训的政策要点和内涵定位,试图通过澄清一些模糊认识,为我国校长实践性培训的开展提供具体的实施框架。
Principal training is an important means of professional and leadership development. Principal practical training in our country has become an important index to measure the quality and level of principal training. Based on the analysis on China's principal training policy development, the paper explored the key point and orientation of principal practical training, tried to clarify some vague understandings, and to provide the implementation framework for the development of principal training practice in China.
