摘要
当下教师培训项目的针对性、实践性、实效性等问题频出,事业的可持续发展面临困境和挑战,有必要建立"高质量教师培训项目"的概念,在理论研究、政策设计和实践操作层面厘清其意蕴,创新实现意蕴的策略。高质量教师培训项目应以培训取向、专业特性和学员需求为逻辑起点,涵育认知学习与情感体验并重、理论探索与实践操作结合、即时效果与延伸效应兼备、利他价值与主体价值统一等内涵特征,并实施情绪管理、校地合作、双导师制、文化濡染等创新策略。
Since problems to the targeting, operation and effectiveness have occurred frequently nowadays, the sustainable development of the teachers' training project is now facing great dilemma and formidable challenges. The author forwards that the establishment of the concept of "Training Project of High-quality Teachers" (Hereinafter called TPHT) can not only be favorable for its clarity in the theoretical research, the policy layout and operation, but can also make innovations strategically in the corresponding aspect.This thesis notes that TPHT should be based on the training orientation, professional characteristics and the needs of the trainees. The emphasis should also be laid on the combinations of several aspects, such as knowledge acquisition and emotion experience, theoretical exploration and practical operation, instant effect and the subsequent influence, altruism value and subject value, etc., along with the implementation strategies of emotion management, school-based cooperation, hi-tutor system and cultural immersion.
