心理护理对乳腺癌术后患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8蛋白表达水平的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on expression levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in patients after breast cancer operation

目的:观察心理护理对乳腺癌术后患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8蛋白表达水平的影响。方法:将70例乳腺癌患者随机分为常规护理组和心理护理组各35例,两组乳腺癌患者均于术后第1天采血及术后第7天采血;选择同期体检健康妇女20例作为正常对照组。采用ELISA方法检测血清中TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8的蛋白含量,采用实时荧光定量法检测TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8mRNA的表达水平。结果:与术后第1天相比较,术后第7天常规护理组TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8的蛋白含量及mRNA的表达水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后第7天心理护理组TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8的蛋白含量及mRNA的表达水平均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后第7天常规护理组TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8的蛋白含量及mRNA的表达水平仍高于心理护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理能进一步降低乳腺癌患者血清中炎性因子的表达水平,从而增强患者免疫力及提高术后生活质量。

Objective： To observe the effect of psychological nursing on expression levels of serum tumor necrosis factor - α （ TNF - α）, interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6） and interleukin - 8 （ IL - 8 ） in patients after breast cancer operation. Methods： Seventy patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into routine nursing group and psychological nursing group, 35 patients in each group. Blood samples were obtained on the first day and the seventh day after operation in the two groups. Twenty women receiving healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as control group. ELISA was used to detect the contents of serum TNF - α, IL - 6 and IL - 8 proteins ; real - time fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression levels of TNF - α, IL - 6 and IL - 8 mRNA. Results： Compared with the first day after operation, the contents and expression levels of TNF - α, IL - 6 and IL - 8 proteins and mRNA on the seventh day after operation decreased significantly, there were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0. 05）, especially in psychological nursing group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; on the seventh day after operation, the contents and expression levels of TNF - α, IL - 6 and IL - 8 proteins and mRNA in routine nursing group were statistically significantly higher than those in psychological nursing group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion ： Psychological nursing can further reduce the expression levels of inflammatory cytokines in serum of breast cancer patients, so as to improve immunity of patients and quality of life after operation.
