部门结构效应与地区就业增长

The Sectoral-mix Effect and the Regional Employment Growth

本文采用偏离—份额分析方法分解了全国各地区就业增长,发现所有制部门结构效应解释了其中大部分变化。进一步利用中国省际面板数据分析发现:地区就业增长中存在显著的部门结构效应。20世纪末以来的以国有经济布局和战略性调整为主要内容的城镇所有制结构变革促进了地区就业增长;地方政府干预和经济开放度对地区就业增长影响均不显著,但是却通过影响城镇所有制结构调整进一步增强了地区就业增长中的部门结构效应,通过影响城镇化而削弱了这种部门结构效应。

This paper decomposes the relative employment growth using shift-share analysis method. It turns out that the largest part of variation in relative employment growth is explained by the sectoral-mix effect. Based on the provincial panel data of the ownership sectors of rural and urban, the empirical results show that the seetoral-mix effect is significant in the regional employment growth and that the town ownership structure changes with the deployment and strategic re-adjustment in state-owned economy since the late twentieth century has promoted the employment growth. The local government intervention and economic openness are not significant in regional employment growth effect, but both enhance the sectoral-mix effect significantly by effecting the ownership structure adjustment and weaken the sectoral-mix effect through the influence of urbanization.
