四位一体大学生就业全程服务体系研究

Four-in-one :Research on University Graduates Employment Service System

当前我国在促进大学生就业过程中,大学生就业市场中的四大主体—政府、高校、社会组织及用人单位—仍然在一定程度上各自为政、相互分离,缺乏有效的沟通。本文系统研究了我国大学生就业服务的管理体制,构建了一个较为科学、完善的大学生就业全程服务管理理论框架;同时建立了一个以大学生就业为中心,政府、高校、社会组织和用人单位等多种主体相互协调发展的、相对完善的大学生就业全程服务体系。只有实现了这四大主体之间的四位一体,形成合力,才能够最终实现大学生就业全程服务体系运作的最佳耦合。

Currently in the process of promoting university graduates employment nationwide, the four main parts of college students in the job market which means the government, colleges and universities, social organizations and employers are still separated to some extent lacking of effective communication. In this paper, the author researches management system of Chinese college student＇s employment service and constructs a relatively scientifie and complete college students＇ employment service management theory system. At the same time the author sets up a student -oriented employment with coordinated development among government, colleges and universities, social organizations, employer, and other service main body. It is relative complete college students＇ employment service system. Only the four main parts integrate into the four-in-one with resultant force, finally the university students＇ employment service system will carry out for all the operation of the best coupling.
