摘要 针对多机种综合保障基地作战飞机加油车油料加注调度的实际问题,建立基于多目标的带模糊时间窗、不确定车辆数、决策者满意度的数学模型。用梯形模糊数表征作战飞机受油时间窗,以处理实际作业中时间因素的不确定性。在问题求解方面,用随机方法和最邻近算法生成初始解,在规划好的路径中利用改进的最邻近算法和最廉价算法进行局部再优化,并应用带遗传交叉操作的混合粒子群算法进行全局寻优。通过实验表明,获得的结果可以充分体现作战指挥决策者和油料保障指挥员的意图,实现资源的有效利用。 To solve the practical problem of refuelling scheduling in regard to refuelling vehicles for warplanes in comprehensive multi-type aircrafts support base, we build the mathematical model which is based on multi-objective with fuzzy time windows, uncertain vehicles quantity and decision maker’s satisfaction. The trapezoid fuzzy numbers is used to represent the warplanes refuelling time windows for solving the time uncertainty during actual supplement process. In the aspect of problem solution, initial solution is generated through using the stochastic method and the nearest neighbour algorithm, and in planned routing the local re-optimisation is carried out with the improved nearest neighbour algorithm and the improved most cheap algorithm. Furthermore, the global search is commendably resolved by employing hybrid PSO with genetic cross operation. Through the experiment it shows that the acquired results can fully reflect the intentions of the combat commander and the oil supplement commander, and the effective resource utilisation is achieved.
