端丙烯酰基聚硅氧烷合成及其对聚丙烯酸酯的改性 被引量:4

摘要 以双端氨丙基聚硅氧烷和双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷为原料,分别与丙烯酰氯酰化反应,合成双端丙烯酰胺基丙基聚硅氧烷(diAAp-PDMS)和双端丙烯酰氧基丙基聚硅氧烷(diAOp-PDMS),并将其用于改性聚丙烯酸酯胶乳的合成。研究了合成因素对各自产率的影响,比较了2种改性有机硅单体合成产率及其改性胶膜和涂料印花性能。结果表明:通过与丙烯酰氯发生酰化反应,双端氨丙基聚硅氧烷活性明显高于双端羟丙基聚硅氧烷。与diAOpPDMS相比,diAAp-PDMS合成产率高;改性胶膜疏水性高,断裂强度低,断裂延伸率大,断裂功略大;改性胶乳印花织物干、湿摩擦色牢度均可达到4级以上,手感柔软,其涂料印花性能总体优于diAOp-PDMS。 Diacrylamide-propyl-terminated polysiloxane (diAAp-PDMS) or diacryloyloxy-propyl-terminated polysiloxane (diAOp-PDMS) were synthesized by acylation reaction between acryloyl chloride and diamino-propyl-terminated polysiloxane or dihydroxy-propyl terminated polysiloxane,respectively,and applied in the synthesis of modified polyacrylate latex.Influences of synthetic factors on respective synthetic yields were investigated.The synthetic yields of two kinds of organosilicone monomers and properties of modified latex films and pigment printing were compared.The results showed that the reactivity of diamino-propyl-terminated polysiloxane was obviously higher than that of dihydroxy-propyl-terminated polysiloxane when being reacted with acryloyl chloride.Compared with diAOp-PDMS,the synthetic yield of diAAp-PDMS was higher.The diAAp-PDMS modified polyacrylate latex film had high hydrophobicity,low breaking tenacity,large breaking extension,and slightly-large break power.The colorfastness to crocking (dry and wet) of the diAAp-PDMS modified polyacrylate latex pigment printed fabric reached rating 4 or above,and its hand feeling become softer.The pigment printing property of the diAAp-PDMS modified polyacrylate latex was superior to that of diAOp-PDMS generally.
