摘要
将不同粒径的纳米粒子添加到马来酸-衣康酸(MA-IA)易护理整理液中,整理液氨处理的棉织物,测定了整理后织物的断裂强力、折皱回复角、撕破强力、白度和表面形貌,并分析其与柔软整理的协同作用。结果表明:纳米粒子均能提高易护理棉织物的断裂强力,且不影响织物的白度;不同粒径的纳米粒子进入到棉纤维内部的程度不同是引起织物易护理性能差异的原因;30 nm的SiO2会降低织物的折皱回复角和撕破强力,1.5 nm的水溶性笼型倍半硅氧烷(POSS)则可提高织物的折皱回复角,且对撕破强力没有显著影响;质量浓度为60 g/L的MA-IA易护理整理液中添加质量分数为2%的POSS后整理液氨织物,再用质量浓度为20 g/L的柔软剂整理,能获得各项力学性能优异的易护理棉织物。
Liquid ammonia treated-cotton was treated with maleic-itaconic acid easy-to-care finishing agent containing nano-particles with different sizes.The breaking strength,wrinkle recovery angles,tearing strength,whiteness and surface morphology of the treated-fabrics were tested,and the synergistic effect between the nano-particles and softener was discussed.The experimental results show that nanoparticles enhance the breaking strength of the easy-to-care cotton fabrics without affecting the whiteness.The property difference of easy-to-care cotton fabrics is resulted from the extent of nano-particles entering into the cotton fiber interior.The addition of nano-silica with particle size of 30 nm reduces the wrinkle recovery angles and tearing strength of the fabrics,while the addition of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) with particle size of 1.5 nm improves the wrinkle recovery angles without significantly affecting the tearing strength.Easy-to-care cotton fabrics with excellent mechanical properties can be obtained by finishing with 60 g/L maleic-itaconic (MA-IA) acid easy-to-care finishing agent containing 2% POSS,followed by finishing with 20 g/L softener.
