摘要
为减少纤维材料中含有天然或因后续加工过程中形成的黄色杂质,需要对纤维进行化学漂白和荧光漂白。为提高生产效率,基于白度视觉评估开发出白度指数公式,用于仪器对材料的白度进行测量。通过讨论荧光增白纺织品白度的视觉评估与仪器测量之间的相关性,分析了影响荧光增白纺织品仪器测量白度的可能因素;提出了优化白度的视觉评估与仪器测量之间相关性的可行性方案,以提高荧光增白纺织品仪器测量白度的准确性。
In order to increase production efficiency of white materials and decrease the yellowish impurities which are natural or formed in the subsequent processing production,researchers have developed whiteness indexes based on visual evaluation of white materials for instrumental measurement of whiteness.This paper mainly discussed the correlation between the instrumental measurement and the visual perception of fluorescent whitened textiles,and highlighted the possible factors affecting the instrumentally measured whiteness of fluorescent whitened textiles.A research project was proposed to optimize the correlation between the instrumental measurement and the visually perception of fluorescent whitened textiles and thus to improve the accuracy of the instrumentally measured whiteness of fluorescent whitened textiles.
